Combined Synopsis Solicitation: Transformer Rectifier Unit (TRU) & UPS  This solicitation is being issued as Request for Quote (RFQ). Written quotes are being requested. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation;
