This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract, which will include NSN 6695-01-614-9467, Gage, Differential in accordance with Fluid Components International, LLC, CAGE 64818, P/N 024247 and Kulite Semiconductor Products Inc., CAGE 34345, P/N ATS-18A-1000. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. The period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted using other than full and open competition. The RFP will be issued for an estimated annual quantity of 247 each for the base year and each option year. Offers will be solicited with production delivery of 224 days ARO. Terms are FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin covering DLA Direct requirements only. Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements applies. The following Commercial provisions apply to this solicitation: 52.212-1, 552.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5.
