This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSCG79-11-P-XNJ328 is issued as a Request to for Quotation (RFQ). HSCG79-11-P-XNJ328 and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-50. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-aside using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 12 & 13.5. The Small Business Size Standard for NAICS 334111 is 1,000. This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract. The anticipated award date is on or about 24 Aug, 2011. The Government will award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: past performance, technical capability, and price. The importance of the evaluation factors, are in descending order of importance.
