This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The Internal Revenue Service has requirement for training services for The Treasury Executive Institute (TEI). The requirement is for the services of a contractor to deliver a minimum of 60 hours of coach specific training from an International Coach Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) or a from a program that has received the (ICF) Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) designation. The training hours must be direct interaction with a trainer and must be teaching the ICF Core Competencies (all Core Competencies must be covered).

The contractor must also deliver mentor coaching for a minimum of 10 hours over a minimum of 3 months by a qualified Mentor Coach for each Cohort participant.

This requirement is being procured using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures not to exceed $150,000.

This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside.

The NAICS CODE is 611430--Professional and Management Development Training. The small business size standard is $10 million

The Government contemplates to award a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. Request for Quotes (RFQ) number is TIRNO-14-Q-00152.
