WHD Ft. Lauderdale requests hotel space for their training conference. The hotel must be in Ft. Lauderdale during the dates June 21-25, 2010. Sleeping Room and meeting room requirements are available on the attached statement of work. A projection screen will be needed all day Monday June 21, 2010 in the meeting room. No other audio/visual equipment will be needed. No food/beverage will be needed.
