The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to ATSCC for Tavtical First Responder Training. This requirement is for the Counterterrorism Division Fly Team. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
