Work consists of furnishing all management, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and parts necessary to conduct Traditional Worship Musician Services. Traditional Worship Musician Services provide instrumental accompaniment for the Protestant Traditional Worship Service for Seymour Johnson Air Force Base Protestant Parish. All work to be in accordance with the specifications in the Performance Work Statement and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract.

A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. This action will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 711130, and the applicable size standard is $11,000,000.00. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 6 November 2014 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available.
