The scope of work for this project is OPM-SANG, Eskan Village located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia providing service in which to identify, and notify OPM-SANG vehicle traffic violations through Saudi Arabian Tamm Service. Contractor will pay all violations monthly and submit an invoice to OPM-SANG for reimbursement.
BACKGROUND: U.S. citizens living in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are required to obtain drivers licenses and pay for any outstanding traffic/parking fines that arise while living in the Kingdom. The U.S. Citizens do not have bank accounts in the Kingdom which limits the ability of the citizen to obtain Saudi Governement services such as drivers licenses and pay the traffic/parking fines, as well as pay for Saudi Arabian government software licenses and other such organization fees and subscription requried to meet the KSA legal requirments. The U.S. Government is requesting interested businesses who would be willing to perform the following functions on all fee based service, but not limited to:
The magnitude of this multi-year effort is between $75,000 and $150,000. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 921190 and PSC Code is R499.
