The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain insight into the interest, capabilities and qualifications of firms to perform a firm fixed price service type contract and to determine if there is adequate competition to compete and successfully perform. This Sources Sought notice is unrestricted at this time and is a market research tool used for planning purposes only. 

The scope of work for this project is OPM-SANG, Eskan Village located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia providing service in which to identify, and notify OPM-SANG vehicle traffic violations through Saudi Arabian Tamm Service. Contractor will pay all violations monthly and submit an invoice to OPM-SANG for reimbursement.   

The magnitude of this project is between $75,000 and $150,000. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 922110 and PSC Code is R425.

SOURCES SOUGHT QUESTIONS:

Prior experience with construction projects that have similar scope and magnitude. Provide examples, preferably on a Military Installation, with summaries of past performance for up to (3) three similar projects and scope within the last (10) ten years. Include as much of the following information as possible:

1. 1. Traffic ticket collection experience
   2. Dollar amount of previous effort
   3. Indication of project duration
   4. Evidence of TAMM Systems.

The response must be specific to the qualifications listed above to show that the respondent is qualified and possesses the necessary skills, experience and capabilities.  If a response does not clearly demonstrate that the respondent meets the qualifications, possess the necessary skills, experience and capability the response will not be considered as confirmed capability for the purposes of market research which will be used to support procurement planning initiatives.
