The work to be performed consists, in general, of demolition of existing improvements, construction of street improvements including Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) pavement section, concrete sidewalk, concrete curb and gutter, a concrete drive approach, modification of existing irrigation system and landscaping, modification of monument encasement, and modification of existing traffic signal and lighting facilities for the addition of roadway widening and addition of crosswalk across Truxtun Avenue.
