The work to be performed consists, in general, of installing a traffic signal and lighting system, type D detector loops, type E detector loops; removing a street light; removing and installing traffic stripes and pavement markings, removing and installing curb ramps, removing and installing roadside signs. During the bidding of this project, contractors who have questions or desire clarifications about the bid documents, must submit those questions or requests for clarifications in writing using the form provided in the bid documents. Said questions and requests for clarifications must be submitted by the date identified in the project schedule in Section 4 of these Special Provisions.
