Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Trademark Licensing to the Georgia Southern University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. Georgia Southern University is seeking a vendor to partner with its Trademark Licensing Office to protect, manage, develop, and monetize the University's brand. The vendor will serve as the University's exclusive agent to license the use of its trademarks for merchandise and promotional products, and will also provide marketing, legal, CSR, data, and education services.
