The OFR-FSOC requires historical and current TAQ data for multiple exchanges including NYSE, AMEX, NASDAQ, and Chicago Stock. The data contains all trades, quotes, and best bid and offers data with timestamps to at least the second. OFR requires the data to be updated daily and historical data dating back at least 10 years.
NYSE Technologies hosted database provides access to TAQ Data Sets with a complex range of analytical and quantitative capabilities. The integrated platform spans several trading exchanges providing trade and quote data and best bid and offer data. As this data is proprietary, only NYSE Technologies can provide this requirement on behalf of OFR-FSOC.
No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received no later than 12:00 PM ET on July 8, 2013. Responses shall include, at a minimum, the following information:
1. The name of your company;
2. Company DUNS No.;
3. POC name and contact information;
4. The specific product(s) that your company offers that fulfills the same function as the items to be included on this order or evidence that your company is capable of providing a renewal for the specific items mentioned above; and,
5. A description of that product(s) and its overall capabilities.
A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government's Contracting Officer. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
