The United States Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Yuma Proving Ground (MICC-YPG), U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, Arizona, intends to negotiate a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract on a sole source basis with Specialised Imaging Incorporated, 41690 Enterprise Circle North Suite 104 Temecula, CA 92590. Specialised Imaging Incorporated the sole U.S. distributor for TrackEye software and the only vendor qualified to perform the duties required under this software service maintenance contract.
The U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG) is requesting a quantity of three (3) each - Trackeye Motion Analysis Software. The TrackEye Motion Analysis Software is used in the processing of digital video and still images from tests conducted at USAYPG. The North American Classification Systems code 511210 with a size standard of $38 Million will be utilized for this requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In order to protect proprietary information and prevent the unintentional releasing of guarded information all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed requirement. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
