The Government intends to negotiate solely with Instrumentation Marketing Corporation (IMC) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The NAICS code for this requirement is 333315 (size standard 500), and PSC code is 6710. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may submit a capability statement for the purpose of determining whether to initiate a competitive procurement. The Government will consider all capability statements received in response to this notice. The Government reserves the right to process this procurement as a sole source based on the responses received.
