This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 5.101(a)(1) requiring the dissemination of information on proposed contract actions. This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract, and is not a request for competitive proposals. The statutory authority for this sole-source procurement is Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items.

The Army Contracting Command (ACC) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Specialised Imaging Inc., located at 41690 Enterprise Circle North, Suite 104, Temecula, CA 92590, to provide Trackeye Software and maintenance to include a base and four (4), one year options. Specialised Imaging, Inc. is the sole U.S. distributor for Trackeye software and the only vendor qualified to perform the duties required. The Trackeye software is used for advanced motion analysis at numerous U.S. Army Test and Evaluation (ATEC) organization test ranges.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.
