The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Climatic Data Center (NCDC), intends to negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price award on a full and open basis for trace element and oxygen isotope analysis of coral material for paleoclimate study in the western pacific warm pool.

Technical and past performance are more important than price. Quotes are to remain effective for 30 days after close of solicitation.
