The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Climatic Data Center (NCDC), intends to negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price award on a full and open basis for trace element analyses of coral material for paleoclimatology study in the Western Pacific warm pool.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Request for Quotations is only available on line by downloading from this site. Technical and past performance are more important than price. Quotes are to remain effective for 30 days after close of solicitation.
