The City of Costa Mesa (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) is requesting bids from an authorized Toyota dealership for the purchase of two (2) Toyota Rav4 XLE Hybrid/Premium. The awarded dealership shall be in accordance with the sample Terms & Conditions, Appendix B. Prior to submitting a bid, Bidders are advised to carefully read the instructions below, including the sample terms & conditions and any solicitation appendix/exhibits. The City reserves the right to award one or more contracts for this purchase.
