The City of Costa Mesa (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) is requesting bids from an authorized Toyota dealership for the purchase of two (2) Toyota Rav4 XLE Hybrid. The awarded dealership shall be in accordance with the sample Terms & Conditions, Appendix B. Prior to submitting a bid, Bidders are advised to carefully read the instructions below, including the sample terms & conditions and any solicitation appendix/exhibits. The City reserves the right to award one or more contracts for this purchase.
