Moving forward, all projects for the state of Delaware will be managed through the PennBid platform. The “Townsend Tennis & Pickleball Court” (project) consists of improvements at the Townsend Municipal Park located in the Town of Townsend, New Castle County, Delaware. In general, the work includes construction of a combination tennis court and pickleball court, an asphalt walking trail with erosion and sediment controls. The work is more fully described by the project plans and the specifications herein. Please note that this project is also posted on PennBid. Contractors who view the project on both platforms only need to submit once, preferably through PennBid.
