The Board of Listers of the Town of Woodstock is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed reappraisal contractors to work with the Woodstock Board of Listers to complete a town wide reappraisal. The selected contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the reappraisal and a thorough analysis of our local real estate market conditions. The Town currently uses CAMA/NEMRC so applying contractors must have experience using these systems. Woodstock consists of 1,900 taxable properties, including approximately 174 commercial properties, 160 condominiums, 53 mobile homes, and 137 land only parcels. There are approx. 135 properties with two or more residential structures. We can provide a current Form 411. The Town uses MICROSOLVE CAMA software provided by New England Municipal Resource Center (NEMRC). All properties are currently listed using this software.
