The Subcommittee of the Telluride Housing Authority (Committee), on behalf of the Town of Telluride (Town), seeks qualifications from firms or partnerships for design and construction services (Design/Build) for an employee housing project to be located at 325 Coonskin Court, Telluride (Lot A, Backman Village Subdivision, Town of Telluride). The project entails replacing a 23-unit, Telluride Housing Authority (THA)-owned rental asset known as Building F, Shandoka Apartments. Currently the building is comprised of 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom unit types with a small maintenance room. Please note only the portion of Lot A which is north of Black Bear Road is to be considered for redevelopment.
