The Town of Eastoer is seeking bids for the complete demolition, abatement, disposal, and site clean-up of the former Eastover Elementary School. The 8-acre site contains a ~22,000 sq. ft. dilapidated structure, a collapsed wooden structure, and man-made debris piles. This project is funded in part by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development CDBG Program. All Federal CDBG program requirements will apply to the resulting contract.
