This opportunity serves as notice that Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is issuing Solicitation N00024-24-R-6102 to the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module on behalf of the Program Executive Office (PEO) Undersea Warfare Systems (UWS), Towed Systems Program Office (PMS 4011) for Towed Body 29C (TB-29C) array systems. Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to conduct business with the federal government. The Government intends to award a single contract without discussions, as permitted by FAR 52.215-1, but reserves the right to conduct discussions if determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary.
