The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Vicksburg District requires the service of a 4,200 horsepower towboat with operating personnel to be used on the Mississippi River for a 150 day period in support of USACE-MVK River Operations. The towboat will tow barges from the mat casting field to the job site and the vessel shall also be used to assist the Corps of Engineers with Pickett duty, towing the Quarterboats, or in other operations as described in the attached Solicitation W912EE21Q0055.

Offerors shall follow instructions in the attached Solicitation and submit completed Attachments A and B with their quote.
