The Concessioner will provide tour boat services in the Flamingo Area of Everglades National Park, along with food and beverage, retail, and equipment rental. The Flamingo Area includes access to Florida Bay and Whitewater Bay. The Concessioner will be responsible constructing lodging with food and beverage accommodations, and installing eco-tents on the site of the historic lodging and walk-in campground respectively. Also, the Concessioner will manage Flamingo and Long Pine Key campground. Additional services provided include fuel sales for marine vessels and automobiles, boat transfer service and other marina services.

The National Park Service must receive any proposal, including that of the existing Concessioner, by 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 2, 2015. (Eastern Time) Attn: Bill Stevens, Chief of Concessions Southwest Regional Office, 1924 Building, 100 Alabama Street SW, Atlanta, GA 30303 in order to be evaluated and considered for award of a Concession Contract.

A hard copy of the Prospectus package is available by contacting Bill Stevens. There is a printing cost recovery charge of $40 per copy to be delivered via Federal Express or if picked up in person. Checks or money orders (no cash or credit cards accepted) must be payable to the National Park Service. You must include a business address (no post office box) to receive a Federal Express package. If you choose to retrieve a copy of the Prospectus from the NPS website, please notify Bill Stevens, so we can place you on the mailing list to receive notifications of any future modifications or other correspondence.

MODIFICATION #1

Solicitation EVER001-16, a Concession Business Opportunity to provide tour boat services in the Flamingo Area of Everglades National Park, along with food and beverage, retail, and equipment rental.
