This study seeks to improve transportation outcomes for all Angelenos, especially Black and Latina/o communities, and advance racial equity through researching best practices, examining data, and community engagement (See City of Los Angeles Council FIle 20-0875). The scope of work will focus on traffic enforcement outcomes in Los Angeles and will consist of four areas: seating and facilitating an advisory task force; literature and case study review; draft study and recommendations; and final study and recommendations.
