(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) The solicitation number for this effort is AG-6395-S-17-0096. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). SEE ATTACHED.

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, effective January 19, 2017.

(iv) This is a total small business set-aside. The appropriate NAICS code is 325320 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.

(vi) Description of requirements: The Government contemplates award of a five (5) year Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) supply contract for torula yeast pellets.

(vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance at FOB point: FOB Destination to Edinburg, TX within 60 days following issuance of a delivery order.
