The proposed procurement is a total small business set aside, and thus competition is limited to bidders identified as a small business under NAICS 237990, with a size standard of $39,500,000.00. The magnitude of construction for this project will be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Bonding will be required for this acquisition. Bidders’ attention is directed to Section 00 21 00 in the Solicitation for information regarding the tour of the site. Plans will be issued on or about 1 November 2022, with bids due on or about 1 December 2022. Bidders are advised that this requirement may be delayed, cancelled, or revised at any time during the solicitation, or final award process.
THE PROJECT consists of construction of riprap-lined energy-dissipation channel, a water quality pond, and a downstream channel that will discharge runoff to the Tortugas Arroyo.
