The Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas has a requirement for one (1) each Torque Multiplier. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Advanced Torque Products LLC, 56 Budney Rd. Newington, CT 06111-5132, as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) since this firm holds all proprietary data and drawings. The solicitation will be issued on or about 25 January 2021 using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 procedures in conjunction with FAR Part 13 procedures with an anticipated award date of 26  February 2021. Interested parties will find a copy of the solicitation attached to this notice. This solicitation is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Government.
