The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) Quantico, VA, intends to award a sole source contract to Butler Parachute Systems, Inc. (PO Box 6098, 1820 Loudon Ave. N.W., Roanoke, VA 24017) for the Tandem Off-set Resupply Delivery System (TORDS) Military Tandem Tethered Bundle (MTTB) as listed in Table 1. This action falls under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), and a supporting Justification and Approval will be posted to FBO no later than 14 days after contract award.
