Solicitation N0042118Q0028 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation.  The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order. The requested Licenses, Maintenance, and Support must be must be products of Compusearch Software Systems and TopVue Defense under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13.  This is a proprietary web-based database system and service, new items must be compatible with existing equipment.  The requested items are direct replacement parts for existing equipment.  Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.  This may be accomplished electronically at
