Solicitation N00421-16-T-0083 is issued as a brand name procurement.   The Government under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for FAR Part 13 intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis, for Rastergraf Topaz PMC Cards, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b). The required items have already been tested and approved for US Navy use. Rastergraf holds the propriety data required to manufacture the requried equipment.  

This procurement is a total set-aside for small business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. 
All responding vendors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov. 

The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis.Vendor must be an authorized distributor, items must be covered under the Manufacturer's Warranty, used or refurbished items will not be accepted. Award will be made on an all or nothing basis.  All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote to Olive Rogers at [email protected] no later than 4:00PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME, 07-JAN-2016.
