1. Can you give me an idea of the usage on this also the size of the toothpaste?

One year usage is reflected in the quote schedule which was included in the solicitation posting.

2. Can you confirm whether or not this contract will be awarded all or none?

This will not be known until quotes are in and evaluated.

3. May I please have the previous bid tabs on these items so I may bid competitively?

Previous bid information is not released during the solicitation period to ensure the requirement is not compromised.
