The Colville National Forest has a requirement for Vault Toilet Pumping Services on the Tonasket Ranger District. The intent of this contract is to obtain, on a call when needed basis toilet pumping services for approximately 18 toilet vaults on the Tonasket Ranger District as directed by the U.S. Forest Service. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies to pump, wash down, recharge, cleanup, sanitize and dispose of all waste products removed from toilet vaults in accordance with the following contract specifications and in accordance with State and Federal regulations. Trash is to be disposed of off National Forest Land.
The vault or pit toilets are located in recreation sites entirely on the Tonasket Ranger District. The number, site, type, and capacity, are shown on the attached TONASKET FACILITY SPREADSHEET. Some sites may not require pumping and some sites may require pumping more than once. The number of gallons to be pumped from each vault or pit toilet will vary based on the frequency of the service calls placed for each site. The Government may require that sites in close proximity be pumped or partially pumped to make a full load.
This is a Firm Fixed-priced contract for one year with 4 Optional Years.
No Pre Bid Meeting will be held. Project quoters are advised to visit the project site prior to submitting a quote or use the maps attached to the Solicitation. Work for Base Year 2021 shall start as soon as contract is awarded to April 30th 2022.
This project is 100% set aside for Small Business.
