The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a non-commercial requirement for the facilities, fabrication services and material required to manufacture, test and inspect Capsule Loading Covers. NUWC Division Newport intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order on a sole source basis to Mantec Services, Inc. 440 24^th Ave. W., Seattle, WA 98199 for the following items:

CLIN 0001 Capsule Loading Covers in accordance with Navy Distribution D drawing JCM-17759 REV K; 27 Each. 

CLIN 0002 Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) 1 Lot.

Required delivery is 20 weeks after the date of award, F.O.B Destination, Newport, RI 02841.

Offerors must be JCP Certified to request the drawing.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.  All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government.  A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  Offerors must be JCP Certified to request the drawing.

This requirement is an unrestricted sole source procurement as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Program (OSBP) under NAICS Code 326199; size standard 750 employees.  Additional details will be released upon issuance of the Request for Quote (RFQ) N66604-18-Q-1332. The RFQ is anticipated for release on or about 12 APR 2018. The closing date for receipt of quotes will be established in the RFQ. The delivery schedule will be established in the RFQ.
