Amendment #1 - Claification of location of services to be performed.  Services will be performed on the Salt Lake City Ranger District, not on the Fishlake National Forest.




This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes/offerors are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The USDA Forest Service /Utah Acquisition Support Center in Salt Lake City, Utah is soliciting quotes/offerors for the following requirement, Toilet Pumping Contract.

Bids are due no later than March 19, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. (local time) and shall be submitted to:

The Synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22 and 2001-23. The following FAR provisions apply to this acquisition:
52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial items,
52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items

Offerors shall include:
-A completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items,
-Furnish Offeror's Federal Tax Identification Number,
-Central Contractor Registration Number,
-DUNS Number.

FAR Clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required Implementing Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items apply to this acquisition.
