Denver Water is soliciting Proposals for Toilet Vault Cleaning Services (the “Work”) for outlying areas. Denver Water owns numerous properties around the Denver metropolitan area. Many of these locations are used for recreational purposes such as hiking, mountain biking, fishing, camping, etc. To accommodate visitors to these locations, Denver Water has toilet vaults located at these facilities for visitors use, which require continuous maintenance and cleaning. The locations that require the Work include areas along the South Platte River near Deckers, Colorado, Cheesman Reservoir, Waterton Canyon, Lehow, and Gross Reservoir.
