The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Arnold AFB, Tennessee has concluded their market research and intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order under FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, 4736 Socialville-Foster Rd, Mason, OH 45040. The Government intends to purchase a Fusion UV/Persulfate Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Analyzer. Any Anaylzers with same or similar capabilities should be submitted with a technical package showing equivalent capabilities. The anticipated award date is 21 September 2018. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
