Enclosed is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide seven (7) standard hotel rooms from November 1, 2018 – June 20, 2019 (total 232 days).  If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the following address:

Quote Submission:

1. By Email:  Quotes, together with the signed amendment(s), if applicable, must be submitted electronically to: [email protected]; or,
2. Hard Copy: Quotes, together with the signed amendment(s), if applicable, must be submitted to American Embassy Kuwait, front gate, Reference 19KU2018Q0060   Attention: Contracting Officer

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

1.      SF-1449 (block 17, 24 and 30).  Block 24 should list the total value of the quote for the base year and the option year.

2.      Section 1

3.      Section 5, Representations and Certifications

4.      Additional Information as required in Section 4.

Quotations are due by October 11, 2018 at 14:00 Kuwait local time.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
