The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the repairs of Miami Executive Airport (TMB) Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) located at Miami, FL. The SIR/RFP is posted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Annoucements. Review all attachments pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. This annoucement is not intended to guarantee procurement of the services, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract. The Government is not liable for costs associated with the preparation, submittal of inquiries or responses for this annoucement and will not reimburse any firm for cost incurred in responding to this public annoucment.
All questions regarding the SIR must be submitted in writing to Ms. Thuylinh TranNguyen at [email protected]. All questions must be received no later than one weeks after the site visit.
Due to COVID-19 and the increasing cases in the area, a firm date for the site visit has not been determine. However, an optional site visit will be available in the near future and an amendment will be posted to provide the date and time of the site visit. A proposal date will be provided once the site visit date has been released. The proposal date will be captured in an amendment and posted on beta.SAM.gov.
To be considered for award of this requirement, the offeror must have a current/valid registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database website: www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, the offeror must submit a proposal in accordance with Section L and Section M of this SIR.
