U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for brand name Titanium Dioxide (Tronox, Tiona, or Tioxide) for the M106 and M82 end items in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal.  Solicitation W52P1J20Q3013 is expected to result in a single award for a 5-year Indefinite Quantiy Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to the offeror whose quote is in compliance with all terms and conditions of the solicitation and provides the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote.  The offeror shall be responsive, responsible and have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) System.  All contractors who provide good/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to contract award resulting from this solicitation. The solicitation is in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures and it is restricted in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii), Sole source under the simplified procedures for certain commercial items.  This requirement is issued on an other than Full and Open Competition and material provided must be Brand Name (Tronox, Tiona, or Tioxide) as outlined in the solicitation.
