notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Anticipated award date is 6 June 2011.

However, any responsible source that can meet the requirements may submit

the written notification to the Point of Contact (POC). Supporting documents

must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the offeror?fs

capability to provide and ability to comply with the requirements. Offerors

responding to this notice must be FDA approved for the manufacture, sale and

distribution of these products. Offerors must be registered in Central

Contractor Registration. [Note: Lack of registration in the Central

Contractor Registration will make a Contractor ineligible for award]

Registration is available via the Internet at www.ccr.gov. The place of

delivery will be directly to U.S. Naval Hospital, Okinawa, Japan, BLDG.

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the

responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most

advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The

following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: (1) TECHNICAL: Offers must meet the specification in the solicitation and by subsequent amendments. (2) PAST PERFORMANCE. Quotes must be submitted to the POC

no later than 5 June 2011, 11AM; Japan standard time. Telephone inquiries or requests will not be accepted. (3) DELIVERY. (4) PRICE. (5) RESPONSIBILITY: Offerors must be the standard for FAR 9.104.

Quotes shall be submitted via e-mail in Word, Excel, or PDF format to the

011-81-98-893-5754. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a

determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement

based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the

Government. If no responses are received, U.S. Naval Hospital, Okinawa,

Japan will proceed with the sole source procurement.
