FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. the U.S. Forest Service, Economic Recovery Operations Center - East, contemplates issuing Solicitation No. AG-4419-S-10-0796 in anticipation of award of a firm-fixed price task order for Tipsaw/Indian Road Reconstruction, Hoosier National Forest, Bedford, IN.

Only contractors who have been awarded a Job Order Contract for construction by the Forest Service, Milwaukee, WI will be permitted to submit offers.

DESCRIPTION: The successful offeror will be required to provide for all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, supervision, ancillary services, and all other necessary items for complete and usable projects, performing all work in complete compliance with all Scope of Work statements, negotiated descriptions, plans, drawings, and specifications issued. The work will include, but is not limited to, general labor, land clearing, invasive species control, mechanical, power equipment operations, heavy equipment, operation & maintenance work and trades identified in the Davis Bacon Wage Determination and the Service Contract Act Wage Determination and other trades common to the construction of roads.
