Timing Service needed for a Thanksgiving day 5k race. Timing service will provide chipped bibs for at least 1,000 participants. We will need the bibs by November 20th. Registration system that will be used is RunSignUp. Would prefer to use RaceDay CheckIn app for checking in participants. Parks and Recreation staff will handle check in. Timing service will set up a START/FINISH line and use chips to time the race. Timing service will provide a list of finishers for Parks and Recreation staff to announce placements. Categories are as follows: Overall Men's Overall Women's Best Costume Age Division Winners (Men's/Women's): 0-12 13-17 18-24 25-29 30-34 35-39 40-44 45-49 50-54 55-59 60-64 65-69 70-74 75-79 80-85 85+ Looking for a 3-year contract for Thanksgiving 2024, 2025, 2026. Quote must be for separate years.
