The 95th Contracting Squadron (95 CONS), Edwards AFB intends to issue a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price contract, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Sage Software, Inc.. This acquisition is unrestricted.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within 7 days of the publication of this notice. We anticipate a sole source award to Sage Software, Inc.

1. Timberline Essential Care License Renewal/Software Update, P/N: TOESS, Qty: 1 each (PoP: 10/08/2009 - 10/07/2010).
