This is NOT a solicitation. It is a courtesy posting to notify potential offerors about an upcoming site visit for a solicitation that will be posted at a later date. This notice, in addition to the future solicitation, will be posted under solicitation #: TimberHarvest0202.

The site visit for the Timber Harvest contract will be held on 14 February 2018, 9AM - 11AM CST, at Arnold AFB, TN 37389. This will be the ONLY site visit held.

All interested parties MUST RESPOND BY 13 February 2018, 2PM CST.

All offerors attending the site visit should arrive at the AEDC Visitors Center 30 minutes ahead of schedule in order to obtain an AEDC Visitor Badge. This will require a valid state issued ID and a DBIDS screening at the AEDC Visitors Center.
