The determination has been made by the project team to reschedule this site visit to 8/19/2020, 9am CST. If you plan to attend, please submit the representative’s name(s) along with the name of the company to [email protected] and [email protected] no later than 8/14/2020, 3pm CST.

All vendors attending the site visit should arrive at the AEDC Visitors Center 30-45 minutes ahead of schedule in order to obtain an AEDC Visitor Badge, 1110 Von Karmen Rd, Arnold Air Force Base, TN 37389. This will require a valid state issued ID and a DBIDS screening at the AEDC Visitors Center. Masks are required to be worn on base and social distancing is in full force.
