The Georgia Department of Agriculture (GDA) is soliciting bids for the Tifton Lab Repairs and Renovation. The contractor must commit to provide all equipment, tools, labor, supervision, permits and all other necessities to complete the Tifton Lab Repair and Renovation project. Work on this project must begin within 10 (ten) business days after the Notice of Award is made. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for Thursday, February 13, 2020 at 10:00 am at the Georgia Department of Agriculture, PO Box 1507, 3150 US Hwy 41S, Tifton, GA 31793-1507. Participants are expected to arrive on time as those who are late shall be barred from attending. Providers who do not attend or are barred from the Pre-Bid Conference / Site Visit shall be prohibited from participating in this solicitation. A bid bond of 5% of the bid amount is required for this bid and must be uploaded. The supplier submitted pricing must include the cost of the required insurance.
